If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original box and ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
